NAUTIC WARRANTY<\/strong><\/h1><\/div>

SAULEDA MASACRIL, DUO AND PORT FABRIC WARRANTY <\/span>A 5-YEAR WARRANTY<\/span><\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

At Sauleda we have tested the durability of the fabric and we want to share our experience. <\/span>After many years, the checks and tests carried out in prestigious<\/span><\/p>\n

laboratories show that Sauleda tarpaulins have a life span of more than years <\/span>offered by the warranty. For your peace of mind, however, we offer you up to ten years of warranty in case of normal exposure to the sun and atmospheric agents.<\/span><\/p>\n

What does the warranty cover?<\/b><\/p>\n

The warranty covers abnormal deterioration of the fibre and colour of the fabric and starts <\/span>from the date of installation of the awning.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since when does it start counting?<\/b><\/p>\n

The warranty starts from the date of installation.<\/p>\n

Which document is important to keep?<\/b><\/p>\n

In order to be eligible for the warranty, the installer's invoice must be kept.<\/p>\n

What does the warranty replace?<\/b><\/p>\n

The guarantee covers only the replacement of the fabric necessary to restore the <\/span>fabric, without considering other concepts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>What is not covered by the warranty?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Any other element of the awning other than the fabric manufactured by Sauleda, S.A. such as the system of fittings, mechanisms, pendants, structures, etc. The installation of the awning, its manufacture and production, installation and maintenance. Tissue deterioration caused by aging and normal use. Damage caused by incorrect installation or inadequate maintenance (abrasive cleaning).<\/p>\n

In particular, the following accidents, abuses or negligence are excluded from the warranty:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Insufficient maintenance, or use of improper products or tools.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Improper use of detergents, chemicals or solvents, abrasive scrapers or brushes, or other instruments that may damage the fabric.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Unusual weather conditions.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Air pollution, use of phytosanitary products, animal soiling, animal excrement,<\/p>\n

birds.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Defects from the assembly itself, user handling errors.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Falling objects projected onto the fabric burns from cigarettes, firecrackers, flares<\/p>\n

or others, fire.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Placing objects on the fabric, traffic accidents, vandalism, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>How the warranty applies:<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Sauleda, S.A. will replace the deteriorated fabric with a new fabric. <\/span>Sauleda, S.A. is notresponsible for the cost of dismantling the old awning or the installation <\/span><\/span> of the new one. The guarantee is accessed once the necessary appraisals have been carried out in the following terms: <\/span>During the first 5 years, Sauleda, S.A. will replace<\/span>, free of charge or at convenience, <\/span>the damaged fabric with a new fabric, excluding all expenses, and is not <\/span>responsible for the cost of dismantling the old awning or installing the new one.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i><\/i><\/span>How is the claim handled?<\/span><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Within 15 days of the observation of deterioration, a registered letter must be sent <\/span>with acknowledgement of receipt to SAULEDA, S.A. - Customer Service Department - Travessera de les Corts, 102 E-08028 BARCELONA (Spain) including the purchase invoice. The fabric will then be examined by the experts and adjusters of the insurance company SAULEDA, S.A. The solution in case of replacement of the fabric or refund of the defective fabric does not imply an extension of the warranty for the replacement fabric.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
