Class 1 \u00b7 EN 13773<\/span>European standard for fire reaction of curtains and hanging fabrics. It classifies fabrics from Class 1 (the highest) to Class 5 (the lowest) by combining two tests: EN 1101 for flammability and EN 13772 for flame spread. Class 1 is the most stringent level: the fabric does not ignite, and the flame barely spreads, even under radiant heat. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Materials that successfully pass the tests can be classified as T1, the most stringent level, indicating excellent fire resistance, no dripping when burning, and that the flame extinguishes instantly upon removal of the heat source; or T2, which is the standard level, meeting the minimum requirements but with longer extinguishing times.<\/p>\n
