Sauleda has formalised the acquisition of Distritecno, a company specialising in the distribution of materials for visual communication, digital printing, signage and screen printing. The transaction is part of Sauleda's growth and diversification strategy, aimed at expanding its value proposition for professionals in the sector.
With this acquisition, Sauleda integrates into its structure a company with a solid track record in the distribution of technical substrates, vinyls, tarpaulins and large format solutions, complementing its activity as a manufacturer of technical fabrics for solar protection, both interior and exterior, and textile architecture.
